About Anne
My Story:
I come from a family of strong women, and learned what community leadership looks like from a young age. My mother, a Danbury High graduate, became an architect and was the only woman in her class. My grandmother was a small-business owner in Danbury. They taught me the value of hard work and perseverance. That the measure of a person is not in their wealth but in how well we care for one another.

I believe success is measured by the difference we make in people’s lives.

That’s why I spent my career fighting for fairness in the workplace. As a working mom myself, I advocated for better policies like paid family and medical leave.
As an environmental lawyer, I advocated for sustainable development. I served on the Sherman Conservation Commission and am currently a member of the Sherman Planning and Zoning Commission.

I’ve had enough of politicians who just talk about the problem or find someone to blame. I have a different vision. A vision of our communities where we work together to make everyone’s lives better.

And I am ready to get to work to turn that vision into a reality. I hope you will join me!
